-All deposits are non refundable

-Orders are not confirmed or booked in until a deposit has been paid.

-We will hold a space for 48 hrs after sending deposit information. If deposit is not paid within this time frame we cannot guarantee the space will still be available.

-All orders will receive a copy of their order form as confirmation when booked in. If this hasn't been received, please let us know ASAP.

-Please read the confirmation & confirm all the information is correct. 

​

-Any mistakes cannot be rectified once the cake has left Bella's Bakes.  Any issues with the confirmation or the cake should be brought to our attention ASAP so we are able to rectify.

-All wedding cake payments must be made in full two weeks prior to the wedding date.
